When does the Official Artist Pre-Sale take place?

The Official Artist Ticket Pre-Sale for the second New York and Los Angeles shows begins on Wednesday, May 28th at 10AM local and ends on Friday, May 30 at 10AM local.

Your pre-sale code issues for the first round of pre-sales will remain valid for these new shows, unless the code has reached its maximum number of uses.

Pre-sales for all other dates are now closed, and tickets are available to the general public.


What are the benefits of purchasing the Artist Pre-Sale access?

By purchasing access to the Artist Pre-Sale list, you will receive first access to pre-sale tickets and VIP packages for the upcoming book tour.


Where is my pre-sale code?

Pre-sale codes can be found in your user profile. Here’s how to locate your code:

1. Login to your account by clicking “Login” in the upper right

2. Enter your registered username and password. Toggle “Keep me signed in” for a faster login process.

3. Locate your pre-sale code on your account profile page. Copy it to your clipboard (Mac users, press Command ⌘ and C; Windows users, press Ctrl + C).

Remember, the codes are CASE SENSITIVE.


I followed those steps and still don’t see my code.

Will the pre-sale code be good for multiple shows?

Yes.

During the pre-sale, in North America, your presale code can be used for up to eight (8) total tickets with a maximum of four (4) tickets per show.

In the UK/IE, there is a six (6) ticket maximum per code.

Once the shows go on sale to the general public, there will be a two (2) ticket limit per customer.


What are my chances of getting tickets during the pre-sale?

A dedicated allotment of show’s tickets will be made available to registered members of the Artist Pre-Sale list in advance of the general public.

We cannot guarantee that you will get tickets; however, in most cases, orders should be fulfilled.


My Pre-Sale Code Isn’t Working

Codes are case sensitive. Please copy them exactly as they are shown in your dashboard.

Each show’s ticketing page is slightly different, and you may have to click into the the Red Room pre-sale.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this offering, which includes access to pre-sale tickets, this purchase is non-refundable.

This purchase does not guarantee pre-sale tickets; it only provides priority access to ticket pre-sales when they become available. This offering is valid for one year from the date of your original purchase and will not renew automatically.


Cell Phone Policy

This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.

Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests are responsible for maintaining possession of their belongings at all times and may access their phones throughout the event in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space.

Anyone seen using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.


Accessible Tickets

Ticketmaster, on behalf of its clients, strives to make it as easy as possible to purchase accessible seating tickets for venues across the country. Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. Note: Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seating tickets only through their box office and not through Ticketmaster.
